Work has been slowing down a bit this past week, so I’ve been taking advantage of this new found free-time to actually cook my supper! My go-to meal usually consists of throwing salmon in the oven with olive oil, lemon, & spices. Despite how many times I’ve cooked it, it’s still my favorite meal, but I can’t well eat it every night.
